Guests were welcomed with a caramel vodka and lemonade cocktail, served in test tubes on their way to the clear span marquee. White roses lead the pathway over the cricket field and once they entered the tent, they were enticed with canapés served from the interactive food stations. Spier sparkling wine was served from the beautiful deep buttoned white and navy bars that wrapped around the stage. Umbrellas were floating from the ceiling upside down - draped with bunches of fairy lights, creating a focus point above the dance floor. Most of the guests were admiring the sunset as the city lights lit up, while sipping on the custom made cocktails.
Bowl food was gradually served during the course of the evening and consisted of the following: Barbecue smoked beef skewer served on glasses filled with cola tonic smoke, Cold smoked salmon served with caperberries, toasted rye, chive crème fraiche and watercress, Lightly smoked mushroom mousse served in shot glasses with truffle alginates, mini enochi mushrooms, croutons and baby leaves. Well-known DJ’s – Dede, Kent, Zintle and Poppy kept guests entertained. Good Fellas made sure guests arrive safely at home with memories of a night to remember.
