The Roundhouse Restaurant - Staff Year End

No matter how many times you’ve dotted those “i’s” and crossed the “t’s”...there are elements beyond one’s control. The mark of a true genius is how you deal with the unexpected! As guests arrived at The Roundhouse Restaurant last night, ominous clouds finally gave way to smatterings of rain. This certainly did not dampen anyone’s spirits and the Aleit Team were on stand-by to usher guests into the beautifully lit tent with large umbrellas – where cocktails and canapés eagerly awaited, desperate to be sampled. Oysters, a melt in the mouth cauliflower and cheese mousse on a Gruyere biscuit and a Crayfish Caesar on crostini, were just the tip of the iceberg!

Cool tunes emanated from DJ Preston’s decks and he got the crowd down and boogying on the nautical blue and white striped dance floor in no time at all. Guests then enjoyed a brief hiatus as they tucked into a selection of mouth-watering food served ‘bowl-style’ - lounging on the couches and oversized ottomans. White roses, long stemmed chinks, blue anthiriums and red delphiniums, all arranged in a array of vases, brought elegance and style to the event.

DJ Loyd then took centre stage and the party was well under way! Guests were out for a night to remember and the dancing spirit was among us all! As guests (now committed party goers) boogied the night away, they nibbled on lemon fudge, honey comb, caramelized popcorn, chocolate truffles and many more energy giving substances! The Aleit Events team looked on with satisfaction as another successfully coordinated event came to an end.
