Hans' innovative vibrant personality and formidable conceptualisation skills ensures him as the ideal Operational Director of The Aleit Group, managing and supervising the enterprise. His humble beginnings as a talented music student at the University of Stellenbosch lead to the development of his interest and passion for the Entertainment industry. In 2005, he joined The Aleit Group and became a vital member in the expansion of the company as we know it today, founding and initiating several entities:
• Aleit Event Projects
• The Aleit Academy
• Aleit Venue Management
• Stir Food
• Shake and Serve
As the business savvy "Ibasi" of Aleit Event Projects, the obvious next step was to showcase the entity on an international level. With his practical outlook and "street smart" travel skills, he was comfortably able to execute the very first international events which since then become consistent happenings. Today the group boasts with regular events in Switzerland, France, Germany, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia and Botswana.
During the past few years, Hans has made several appearances on TV and magazines, including Pasella, Top Billing and Espresso and played an integral part in The Aleit Group winning the Small Business of the Year Award 2010. His charismatic leadership makes him a loved and esteemed role model amongst The Aleit Academy students, and respected by his fellow team members.
Furthermore, Hans is known for his effective problem-solving skills and is jokingly referred to by colleagues as "Mr Wolf" in reference to a Tarantino movie, denoting his effortless ease at problem elimination (while sipping on a glass of Champagne). Recently married and with a varied social life, Hans enjoys wining, dining and travelling to diverse destinations. He regularly attends classical concerts (a return to his first love – music) and is anxious for the day to come when he can finally splurge on a brand new grand piano
